Subject: Consultancy Services for the revaluation of fixed assets depreciated but found in good condition to continue to be used.
COPEDU PLC is a Public Limited Company licensed by the National Bank of Rwanda to operate as a Microfinance Institution, registered in the office of the Registrar General with Company Code 100544626, P.O. Box 4053 Kigali.
COPEDU PLC is seeking expression of interest from qualified individuals, firms or companies in revaluation of fixed assets depreciated to provide consultancy services for the revaluation of its fixed assets fully depreciated but still found in good condition to continue to be used for some other years.
COPEDU PLC now invites eligible or qualified companies or individuals to indicate their interest in providing this kind of service.
Interested Individuals or companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the service requested by submitting a brief technical understanding of the requirement, Individual or companies’ profile showing past experiences of similar services, competent staff, completion certificates, and/or contracts of past services or ongoing services.
The short-listing criteria will focus on:
• Profile of the Individual or company,
• Individual or Company’s eligibility documents,
• General experience of the Individual or Company in the field of the revaluation of fixed assets,
• Proof of similar assignments done.
Interested eligible individuals or companies may seek clarification from the Head office of COPEDU PLC located on African union Avenue, P.O. Box 4053 Kigali, from 08:00 a.m to 03:00 p.m, from Monday to Friday.
Expression of interest in writing must be delivered to the above address not later than 13rd January 2022 at 03:00 p.m.
